What is the minimum order quantity for custom mascots?

KYMVIET accepts orders from 100 units and above for custom mascots. For products from our existing collection, the minimum may be lower.

How long is the production time from contract signing to delivery?

Typically: sample design 7–14 days, sampling 7–10 days, mass production 3–6 weeks depending on quantity. Total time is from 6–10 weeks.

Does KYMVIET make gift boxes, bags, and tags printed with custom brands?

Yes. KYMVIET provides a complete gift package: hard box printed with logo, branded canvas bag, product tag telling the brand story, and certificate of origin.

Are design and sampling costs charged separately? How many revisions are allowed?

Design and sampling costs are charged separately per product. Orders of 300+ units will have sampling costs offset. KYMVIET offers unlimited revisions to ensure clients are truly satisfied with the final product.

Does KYMVIET deliver overseas?

Yes. KYMVIET has exported products to multiple international markets with full documentation and packaging to international shipping standards.

What are KYMVIET products made of? How durable are they?

KYMVIET uses a wide range of materials including felt, velvet, canvas, brocade, silk, and traditional Vietnamese fabrics. Products can be customized with unique patterns, filled with premium PP cotton — durable, beautiful, and safe to use.

Can I order using my brand's existing mascot/character?

Absolutely. KYMVIET can develop products from the logo, mascot, or brand character you provide, or co-create a new character.

What are the payment methods and invoicing procedures?

Payments are staged per contract: deposit upon signing and balance upon delivery. KYMVIET issues full VAT invoices for businesses.

Yes. KYMVIET accepts small quantity premium gift lines — suitable for VIP partner gifts, commemorative medals, and limited collections.
