At year end, every department’s calendar overlaps with another. Some teams can only gather people for one midweek morning. Some have to wait until the numbers are closed. Some want to go early, before the peak season.
Kym Viet takes bookings at least 3 working days in advance. For groups over 30 people, 5–7 days is recommended. Send your intended date range, and say clearly whether the date can move, for example any time in November or one specific week only. Those two details are enough to start.
If group size is the sticking point
K001 takes from 1 to over 100 guests. Groups over 50 are split into parallel sessions. The expected headcount is worth sharing early, because it shapes how sessions are arranged and how the quote is built.
Send the expected number, plus a range if the list is not final. Add what you need Kym Viet to confirm: whether sessions are split, how long the gap between sessions is, and where people who are not taking part can sit or stand. Ask those directly rather than guessing.
If the goal of the session is the sticking point
A 150-minute session cannot do everything. Some teams need newcomers to meet long-standing staff. Some want to break the ice between departments. Some are hosting guests or partners and need the experience to be polished.
K001’s theme is “From heart to hands: empathy and creativity”. The programme includes learning sign language, ordering drinks in sign language at the café, and a showroom of handmade products. Participants make something they can take home: a stuffed toy or a hand-painted pillow. State your priority for the session, then state the questions you need advice on. The clearer the priority, the faster the conversation gets to work.
