Sampling, feedback, and revisions should be included in the project timeline rather than left until shortly before the required delivery date.
A carefully reviewed sample helps the company understand what it can expect from the finished gift while giving the craftsperson a clearer understanding of what the client is looking for. When both sides are working from the same agreed version, “approval” means more than accepting how the sample looks — it means confirming that the important requirements have been understood before moving forward.
